Induction heating equipment maintenance - cooling water system inspection precautions
1. Check the water pressure
Water pressure should be between 0.5mpa - 1.0mpa.
2. Adjust the water pressure switch
Twist the middle screw of the water pressure switch to adjust the water pressure to 0.4KgL/cm
3. Check the direction of flow: specify blue water and water in red color.
Host: blue color denoting water, red color denoting water
Transformer: water left, right out.
induction coils: pay special attention to the direction of the water coming in and out.
4. Check the water quality
Clean water, no pollution, no sundry surface.
