Induction heating can be used for surface quenching, the quenching and tempering steel penetration, annealing, its main advantage is to control the heating parts.
(1)Induction quenching: it is the most commonly used induction heat treatment method, it can enhance the mechanical strength and wear resistance of the material
(2)Induction tempering: Although the application of tempering is not common than quenching, tempering can improve the ductility of the steel and is not easy to break
(3)Induction annealing: the application of induction annealing is not common than induction quenching , but it can recover Aluminum Alloy steel and other metal flexibility and ductility.
